Summary Information:
There are 38 open teams, 16 women teams, 20 mixed teams and 6 masters teams.
There will be five game slots per day starting at approx 9:00.
Show Games
Thursday 18:30 Showgame: Clapham v Skogs on pitch 22. Its everyone (else's) lucky day as the only two teams to win a modern European clubs in the open division have landed in the same pool.
Friday 18:30 Showgame on pitch 22 to be determined from the 5-12 crossover games in the Women or Mixed divisions. To try to pull in locals= players we are likely to select a London based club if possible.
The big Sat afternoon games have been scheduled so that everyone can watch the big games from their division.
15:45 Masters Final (pitch #22)
16:30 Women and Mixed Semi-Finals all four games are close together and based around the player village and showpitch area. They have been schedule to start after all other games in those divisions have finished.
17:40 Open Semi-Final 1v4 (pitch #22)
19:30 Open Semi-Final 2v3 (pitch #22)
The party will get started (in the same place) once these games have finished.
Sunday: finals day
We will be using the same time slots and the first final will be in time slot 2. Unfortunately, the Open teams will have their last round in that time slot.

Thursday morning: we are planning that only the following teams will be playing in the first time slot:

- Open Div 3 teams: UFO (NL) , Fully Charged (UK), Brighton (UK), Stockholm Syndromes (SWE), Gummies (D), Jokers (IT)
Format and Seeding/Draw Information
Open
Div 1: 4 pools of 4, x-overs 1-8 and 9-16, then x-overs 5-12, 13-20 (this is opportunity for Div 2 teams to break into Div 1), then QF, SF, F: 1-8, 9-16
Div 2: 4 pools of 4, x-overs 17-24, 25-32, then x-overs 13-20 (see above), 21-28, 29-36 (opportunity for Div 3 teams to break into Div 2), then QF, SF, F: 17-24, 25-32
Div 3: RR of 6 teams leading to x-over 29-36 (see above), then x-over recovery game 35-38, then SF, F: 33-36, and F 37v38
The pools were drawn in the following way:
Div 1: The results of the EUCF 2008 have been considered for the definition of "hats".
Hat 1a = seeds 1 and 2, Hat 1b = seeds 3 and 4, Hat 2 = seeds 5-8, Hat 3 = seeds 9-12, Hat 4 = seeds 13-16
1. It was drawn at random which team between CE1 (woodies) and W2 (clapham) gets seed #3 and which seed #4.
2. One team per hat was drawn into each pool, till hat 3, with no regional adjustment.
3. The team of the last hat has been placed into a pool where no other team of its region was present.
Div 2: Teams from each region were placed in the same hat as each other.
Each pool was drawn with one team per region at random.
The order of pools was also drawn at random.
Women
4 pools of 4, x-overs 1-8 and 9-16; then recovery x-overs 5-12 only, then QF, SF, F 1-8, 9-16
The pools were drawn in the following way:
The top4 of the EUCF 2008 were placed as the top seed in each pool.
As in Open division there was a random draw to determine which team would be seed 3 and which one seed 4.
Teams were then grouped according to their home region and pools drawn at random with one team per region in each pool.
Mixed
4 pools of 5, x-overs 5-12, 13-20; then QF, SF, F brackets 1-8, 9-16, 17-20
The pools were drawn as follows.
Teams were grouped into 5 hats approximately according to their home region (Germany, UK, CEL, NE, South).
Discuits were placed in CEL, Gronical were placed in NE, Jabba were placed in S
The top 2 German and UK teams were placed into different pools.
All other teams were drawn from the hats so that there was one team from each hat in each pool.
Masters
Round-robin pool of 6 followed by final playoff games: 1v2, 3v4, 5v6.
