XEUCF 2009

Clubs that have qualified to compete at XEUCF 2009 should complete the registration form as soon as possible.  We are grateful to teams that have already confirmed their entry by email but ask that they still fill in the form so that we can collect the additional information.

Since we've had some delays, we've moved back the deadlines by one week.

Teams that have qualified should register their intention to play by 1st June.

The Team Fee payment is due by 8th June.  The team fee is £300.  For teams that have qualified, this team fee is non-refundable.  You can pay by paypal or bank transfer.

We understand that the deadlines are close.  If you will have problems meeting the deadlines please contact us as soon as possible.  After 8th June the EUCS Committee want to start giving places to teams on the Waiting List.  

Teams that have NOT qualified but would like to register their interest to play should also complete the registration form and indicate that they want to be placed on the waiting list. These teams should be ready to pay the Team Fee as quickly as possible if they receive a place at the event.

Player fees of £75 per player will be due by 20th July.  After this date we cannot guarantee to be able to refund any players that drop out.  We also cannot guarantee we will be able to allow the addition of extra players.  Of course, we will do our best to help in either case.  If you would like to pay player fees at the same time as the team fee to reduce transaction charges you can do this.  The deadline for confirming any changes will still be 20th July.
