XEUCF 2009

Players are responsible for organising their own accommodation at XEUCF.  With the venue so close to Heathrow airport there are a huge number of hotels within a few miles of the venue.  We have made specific arrangements for discounted rooms at several excellent hotels within a short walk of the fields.

Remember that to keep your costs down we have set up breakfast at the fields - included in your player fee.  This means you can take room-only rates at these hotels.

To book rooms with our partner hotels you will need to download a specific booking form to take advantage of the tournament rates at these hotels so do not attempt to book directly before then. In each case you will send the booking form directly to the hotel.  You are booking with them, the tournament is NOT INVOLVED in your booking - we have just worked on telling the hotels about the tournament and persuading them to give you special offers.  Please do not send booking forms to the tournament organisers.

We have so far made arrangements with four hotels approximately 1 mile (or nearer) from the tournament venue.  These hotels have over 2000 rooms between them and so we are confident that teams that start dealing with their arrangements will be able to book into good quality rooms for their stay here.  Other options...

Please note that the nature of these hotels (business hotels next to Heathrow) is that the price for Wed 23rd and Thurs 24th will be higher than Fri 25th-Sun 27th. We are trying to minimise the average price for players staying 4 nights, and are assuming that players will generally share a room between 2 or 3 players.
